Hello everybody,

2 new releases to announce and a pair of Dakini events in new venues, as we're moving around now that Aoyama Cay has closed. The release party (11/2) will be smaller, at a cozy new club called Tsukimiru, which is a 5 min. walk from Gaienmae, 10 from Omotesando, and should be a very special evening of music. The new cds will be on sale, cheaper price! And then there's Niyaz at the end of the month; their debut cd (Niyaz, on 6 Degrees) has been my favorite this year, and features in all my dj sets, as well as being used by probably half the bellydancers in town! It's probably the best blend of ethnic/acoustic music and electric/ambient I've ever heard. We're bringing over the whole band for an early evening Sunday show at Warehouse in Azabu-Juban -- don't miss it! Only 150 of the cheaper adv. tickets, so reserve early!
